SwissBake® is a premium bakery ingredient brand born in the picturesque city of St. Gallen, Switzerland, a city known for its rich heritage and Europe's finest baking culture. Our founder, Josef Eicher, discovered his love for baking at a young age while spending time in the kitchen with his mother, a skilled baker in her own right. Josef's passion for baking led him to pursue a formal education in the field, eventually becoming a baker-confectioner and establishing a successful career in Zurich.

After years of honing his craft and learning the importance of consistency in taste, Josef shifted his focus to research and development, determined to help bakers worldwide achieve perfect results every time. He spent countless hours experimenting with different ingredients, techniques, and formulas, ultimately creating a range of innovative baking mixes that were not only easy to use but also delivered consistent, high-quality results. These mixes were formulated with natural and healthy ingredients, ensuring that SwissBake® products were free from preservatives and synthetic flavorings.
