Ingredients

Brookie Mix – 340g 
Softened, Unsalted Butter – 260g 

Water – 100g

Method

  • Place SwissBake® Brookie Mix in a mixing bowl with a paddle attachment.  
  • Add water & unsalted butter in the bowl as well.  
  • Mix all the ingredients together on slow speed for 1 minute.  
  • Scrape down the mixture and blend again for 4 - 5 minute on medium speed.  
  • Drop the brookie dough as required weight on a baking tray.  
  • NOTE: The standardization for small cookies is 20-30g each and for large cookies 45-70g each.  
  • Do not flatten the brookie dough on the baking tray as the dough will self-flow in the oven. 
  • Bake at 160°C to 180°C for 15-18 minutes. Cool down the brookies and serve!
