Our Swiss formulated Instant Custard (Pastry Cream) is made using all natural ingredients. It is an entirely egg-free and gelatine-free preparation and also contains naturally derived vitamin A (beta-carotene). It is also freeze stable and bake stable and hence can be used as a filling for a wide variety of confectionery applications.
It has been formulated to ensure a quick and easy preparation process and provide consistent results every time. It can be prepared in just 5 - 6 minutes on adding and whipping with milk. It maintains stability throughout bake and freeze-thaw cycles.
