PERFECT RAISED DONUT MIX - VEG 1000 gm
Water 430 gm to 450 gm
Fresh Yeast 40 gm

Baking Method

Place All The Ingredients In A Mixing Bowl And Mix on 2 mins slow and then 10 mins fast
Dough Temperature 24°C Approx.
Rest The Dough For 15 - 20 Min And Then roll out the dough to approx. 10 mm
Cut The Donuts With The Donut Cutter And Proof for 25 - 30 min at 32°C and 85% relative humidity
After Proving Allow The Donuts To Rest For 2 - 4 mins at rooms temperature for the donuts to become dry
Fry At 170° C For 120 secs each side
